Religious Accommodation Request Form

Georgia Tech is committed to providing a workplace that respects the religious beliefs and practices of all employees. In accordance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Georgia Tech will make reasonable accommodations for an employee’s sincerely held religious beliefs or practices, unless doing so would cause undue hardship to the operation of the Institute.

Employees seeking a religious accommodation must complete this form and submit it to the Office of Equal Opportunity, Compliance and Conflict Management’s (EOCCM), Accommodations Team. The request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the nature of the accommodation requested, the employee’s religious beliefs, and the potential impact on the Institute's operations.

The Institute prohibits discrimination, harassment, or retaliation against employees for requesting or using a religious accommodation. All accommodation requests will be handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable laws and Institute policies.
