Each contracted exhibitor will receive one (1) complimentary registration, one (1) 6 foot table, and the company logo on the conference website.

Regular Rate ($350)
Onsite Rate ($400) - on or after June 5

Each contracted exhibitor receives one (1) complimentary conference registration. If you wish to bring additional representatives from your company, please indicate how many below.

Please indicate the total amount authorized for the Children's Literature Assoication to charge your credit card OR invoice you based on your selections above.
By checking this box, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and will abide by the Rules and Regulations of the ChLA Conference, which are part of the contract, and will comply with all conditions under which the event space at the event facility is leased to ChLA. The exhibiting company may not cancel their booth after acceptance by ChLA, except for breach of this contract by ChLA.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN. A 100% cancellation fee applies. All cancellations must be directed in writing to email@example.com.
