Unstructured Seating, and Other Setups: Upload a copy of your certificate of general liability insurance for $5 million of coverage per occurrence. Please note that the Town of Canmore must be listed as an additionally insured party and your coverage must include your in-street patio setup and specify any business activity occurring within that setup.

Other Setups being dismantled and brought indoors on a daily basis: Upload a copy of your certificate of general liability insurance for $2 million of coverage per occurrence. Please note that the Town of Canmore must be listed as an additionally insured party and your coverage must include your in-street patio setup and specify any business activity occurring within that setup.

If your business is not ground floor street-facing within the MSPA, or if you are a temporary Vendor or from within the greater BIA zone, upload permission from the business owner(s) and property owner(s) in front of which you intent to setup and utilize their Activity Zone.
