Team Pickleball Registration

This is an outdoor tournament. There will be no refunds for weather related cancellations. All proceeds will benefit CASA of Southern Oklahoma which is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Waiver will be sent to e-signature via email once registration and payment is final. Please have the team leader register for the entire team and submit payment in one transaction. Submit Registration and payment by April 15, 2025.

ENTRY FEES

$35 Per Player for TEAM event.

Total $140 for four players.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Divisions:

•    Women's Doubles (Maximum of 24 teams)

•    Men's Doubles (Maximum of 24 teams

•    Team Event (4 players per team; Maximum of 24 teams)

Registration:

•    Maximum 24 teams per division

•    Provide DUPR, UTR-P, or self-rate for placement

Schedule:

•    Women's Doubles: 8am (check in at 7:30AM)

•    Men's Doubles: approx. 10:30am (immediately following

completion of women’s doubles)

•    Team Event: approximately 2pm

PLAY FORMAT

Doubles:

•    Round robin: possible two pools per division (pending number

registered)

•    Everyone advances to single elimination bracket

Team Play:

•    4 players per team (preferably 2 women, 2 men)

•    Please be prepared to play 1st game women's doubles, men's

doubles, and two mixed doubles games.

•    Teams will turn in their DUPR rating and will be put in groups of

four based on their total DUPR scores.

PRIZES

Medals: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in all bracket play

Team Play: 1st place team in each group receives medal and prize.
