Thank you for your interest in offering a specific Trauma-Informed Care Training for your unit, department, or group. At this time, cohorts are offered on a first come, first serve basis and are open to all employed individuals in the OHSU Health System and OHSU Health IDS. We encourage you to work with the individuals in your unit or department directly if you have a preference for which cohort you would like them to sign up.

We may be able to accommodate group-specific trainings in the future. If you would like to be considered for this, please continue to fill out this form. The purpose of this form is to gauge interest and preliminary consideration in group specific training. However, it may or may not result in a specific offering being created for your unit/department.
