The Scout Awards Team really appreciate hearing your feedback, letting us know the things we're doing well, and ideas on possible improvements we may be able to make in the future.


To ensure we capture your views and suggestions fully, please complete a separate form for each topic to help us shape the service you want.


Please fill out this form with your own opinions and ask others who may also wish to comment to submit their own feedback separately.


It should only take about 5 minutes to fill out the form, although this will depend on how much feedback you would like to share. We take our obligations of your personal data seriously. The feedback is reviewed on a monthly basis, if you have asked to be contacted it will be within this timeframe.


The information you share will be made available for review to the UK Headquarters Awards Team and the National Awards Advisory Group, all data you provide will be handled and retained in accordance with the Scout Data Protection Policy: https://www.scouts.org.uk/about-us/policy/. We will keep the basic data - location and feedback comments we capture from this form permanently, so we have a historic record of award comments.
