DSGN Course Review

Please use this form to submit the Course Form to the College of Design Dean's Office for CourseLeaf entry. The deadline for courses to be submitted to the University Committee on Courses (UOCC) is the Monday before the term starts. Expect the review to take at least two terms. Charges are normally effective the following fall term.
