The PRINCETON Review SAT Prep Registration Form

Dear Parents/Guardians, Juniors and Sophomores, HSI-Sugar Land has contracted with PRINCETON Review to prepare our Sophomores and Juniors well for the April 23rd School Day SAT. Classes will take four weeks long (4 hours per week) and it will be starting on March 28th through April 25th. The program will only cost $250 per student. (Lunch is not included) NOTE: It is the space limited program (Only 30 students) and all students will be accepted on a first come first served basis but priority will be given to Juniors. Date: Saturday, March 28th– Saturday, April 25th Time: On Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at HSI-Sugar Land Campus On Saturdays at 9:00 PM – 1:00 PM at HSI-Sugar Land Campus The Registration Deadline is Friday, March 6, 2019 at 4:00 PM. *Please submit this form prior to the deadline. **Please make sure to complete your payment to the front office no later than Friday, March 6, 2019 at 4:00 PM.
