Each unit must be identified; individual(s) group(s) must provide their own signage and any vehicle needed to pull floats.

There is no entrance fee for parade participation.

Information concerning the parade route, line-up time, parade position, etc. will be sent to you the last week of July

All participants with horses are required to provide their own "cleanup" crew, immediately behind their entry.

The Parade Committee reserves the right to reject any application.

Parade Entry Indemnification:

In conjunction with the 2024 Englewood Festival, your group/organization agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the City of Englewood, Ohio, its officers, employees, agents and volunteers against any and all liability, loss, costs, damages, expenses, claims or actions, including attorney fees which the City of Englewood, its officers or employees may hereafter sustain, incur or be required to pay, arising wholly or in part due to any act or omission of the Exhibitor, its agents, servants or employees in conjunction with their participation in this event.

This agreement supersedes any previous indemnification agreement, whether written or oral, in conjunction with this event.
