Step 2: Request for Full Management Agent Approval, which consists of the full submission of the Management Agent Packet and all related attachments. This request can be submitted:

after you have received issuance of OHCS Pre-Approval and
once the property reaches 50% construction completion, but no later than 75% consturction completion. If the property is an occupied acquisition, the full MAP should be submitted within 30 days of pre-approval issuance.
