Mental Health First Aid Training Registration - May 2025

Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The blended training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis. The cost of training is free and is open to adults, in-person only.


In-Person Training Date: Friday, May 9th, 2025 (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)


You must attend the entire 9am-4pm session to receive credit.


Location: Beach Cities Room (514 N Prospect Ave, Redondo Beach, CA 90277)


After completing this form, you will receive instructions for accessing the self-led training modules and attending our training.

In order to receive credit for this training, participants must complete the self-led training modules (approximately 2 hours) prior to the instructor-led modules (approximately 6 hours).
