2024 Call for Speakers

Conference – March 3-7 | Show – March 5-7

Thank you for your interest in becoming an instructor for the WPPI 2024 Conference.

To be considered as an instructor, your session must demonstrate the ability in the following areas:

  • Create compelling and relevant educational content.
  • Have the ability to engage with your attendees and hold their attention for the duration of your session.
  • Provide relevant tips and takeaways for the attendees to leave and apply to their workflow and business.
  • You must be the copyright holder of all photos, videos and intellectual property that you use as your own. Exceptions are made for examples you may be comparing if they are stated as examples and the photographer/s is credited.
  • We are looking for hands-on and interactive sessions.


YOU MAY SUBMIT UP TO THREE SESSIONS, HOWEVER THEY MUST BE SUBMITTED ONE AT A TIME.

  • Seminar – 90 min lecture style session, included with all Conference Passes.
  • Photo Walk – 2-hours of shooting on location. Once your Photo Walk is chosen, we can send a list of approved locations. Available to all attendees as an add-on purchase.
  • Photo Mastery - A two-part hands-on opportunity limited to 25 people each that focuses on teaching participants to sharpen their observation and composition skills while shooting alongside an industry leader. Available to all attendees as an add-on purchase.

  • Overview – These sessions will cover fundamental topics and offer a high-level, basic view of the content at hand. No prior experience or knowledge is expected as lessons taught will be introductory. Examples will be shown, where appropriate.
  • Intermediate – Some prior experience and knowledge will be expected for these sessions. How things work, capabilities, and recommendations will be made. Demos and examples will be shown, where appropriate.
  • Advanced – Deep familiarity with the topic will be required for a full understanding of the material. Content will cover a walkthrough of an entire process, what does a deliverable look like and how to deliver it. Demos and examples will be shown, where appropriate.
