2025 NEA-Retired Resolutions Committee Nominations

(Note: Nominees for NEA-Retired Retired positions must complete the 2025 NEA-Retired Governance Nomination Form due to the multiple types of positions that have different candidate qualifications and different filing deadlines).

Please use this SmartSheet when nominating one's self for an NEA-Retired seat on the on the NEA Resolutions Committee.

Six Retired members will be elected to for the NEA Resolutions Committee during the NEA-Retired Annual Meeting. Each member will serve a 1-year term.

The deadline for Retired members to file for the NEA Resolutions Committee is May 1, 2025 at 5:00 pm EST.

To qualify as a candidate. the nominee must be a Retired delegate to the NEA Representative Assembly in the year in which the person is running for a seat on the Resolutions Committee. Members may serve a maximum of six terms on the Resolutions Committee.

After filing, nominees will receive additional campaign information. If you do not receive additional information, please contact NEA-Retired Elections Chairperson Stephen Gorrie via the email below.

Candidates may request a table space for campaigning and for their campaign literature.
