Part returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned prepaid to JJE. A restocking/handling fee up to 25% may apply. Parts must be returned in the original unopened packaging where applicable or in a new original sellable condition. Electrical/electronic parts, programmed components, software or programming codes are not returnable. Special orders may not be cancelled or returned. Customers have 14 days to return parts after the Parts Return request has been approved. JJE will process eligible returns within 14 days of receipt of product. Defective parts should be returned to JJE through the Warranty administration department for evaluation and processing. Please contact warranty@jjei.com .
