Vendor Application Process:


1) Complete Online Application – keep in mind THERE ARE REQUIRED* FIELDS and your online application will not submit unless completed


2) MUST Submit form online


3) UPON SELECTION: Submit payment immediately to prevent forfeiture of participation. Payment may be made via check/money order, PaypPal (Processing Fee of 3.85% will apply), or Zelle to vendor@gafoodiefest.com

4) FOOD TRUCK & FOOD BOOTH vendors requirements:

    A. Provide logo in the following format for the website Preferred file type for the logos is vector-based format. If a vector-based file is not available, a pixel-based file can be used if provided at 300 pixels per inch & a minimum dimension of 3 inches.

    B. Required to provide SNHD Health & City Fire permit# in accordance to event venue location.


5) ALL local vendors required to provide NV Sales Tax number


6) Vendor Coordinator will provide Vendor Agreement, event layout and detail information for accepted vendors who have paid in full. Layout is NOT available until approved by Fire Department


7) Vendor will provide all required documents


8) Vendor applications & payments received after May 1, 2025 will pay additional $100 Late Fee (unless spaces sell out). Remember, first come, first serve, to reserve your participation once payment in full was received. No spaces will be held without payment in full.


9) Details are subject to change upon the discretion of Great American Foodie Fest/Grace City Events/Festivals.


NOTE: Any mandate changes imposed by local, state and/or federal government, including SNHD (Health Department) and Fire Department, which effect the occupancy of this event will cause this event to be cancelled/postponed. All payments received will be credited to the next scheduled event.

**FOOD BOOTH & FOOD TRUCK VENDORS** We are asking you send a list any awards, tributes, and honors received which give your food booth or food truck celebrity status. Including television coverage as seen on the Food Network, Travel Channel, Cooking Channel, Disney Channel and other such channels (including local channels).


This is listed on our marketing and a great way to gain more exposure. Include any links or copies showing the information you are listing or can be emailed to vendor@gafoodiefest.com

Detail list of items you plan to sell at GAFF event. FOOD TRUCK AND FOOD BOOTH VENDORS must list menu items. Keep in mind - Due to exclusivity,

Food Truck & Food Booth Vendors may NOT sell the following items.

  • Lemonade (or any lemonade mixes/blends)
  • Twisted potato
  • Funnel cake
  • Pineapples Dole Whip
  • Chicken in Waffle Cone
  • Shrimp on a Stick
  • Glazed/Roasted Nuts
  • Agua frescas
  • Any alcoholic drinks (including beer and wine)

- Due to exclusivity, Food Truck & Food Booth Vendors may NOT sell the following items.

- Food Trucks/Booths will be supplied with up to 50 amps of power through open hours of the event weekend (at least 4 hours prior). There will not be any overnight power and all food trucks must return to their commissaries.


- Business Booths will be provided with up to 20 amps of power one hour before and through event hours of operations.


Additional power requirements need to be specified.

Each Vendor will receive 6 vendor wristbands in their vendor packet at vendor checkin. Wristbands MUST be worn at all times at event site (especially when entering through vendor gate or accessing vendor areas).


NO EXCEPTIONS…this is for your security. Any vendors/vendor staff found to be disrespectful to GAFF staff will be escorted offsite and banned from the event. NO EXCEPTIONS Additional vendor wristbands available upon request

DRAW MORE TRAFFIC AT THE GREAT AMERICAN FOODIE FEST!


Included with Package:


  • One promotional ad on Foodie Fest Facebook page daily for 14 days to promote your food truck/food booth prior to the event.
  • One Facebook live fee on Friday opening night
  • Fifteen promo announcements from the main page to help promote your specific food item to draw more traffic to your food truck/food booth
  • Social media influencer tasting opportunity (10 local foodie social media influencers (Averaging 10k- 50k followers each) will have the opportunity to taste one dish from your food booth/food truck and will post on their social media)
  • This marketing opportunity will be LIMITED to the fist 10 food truck/food booth vendors who makes payment in full.

WARNING: Subject to additional $200 cleaning fee Due to the excessive damage left to the property of various stains including oil stains and trash left behind after the event.

This is to notify you that if you are found to be responsible, there will be an additional $200 Cleaning Fee charged to you in addition to losing your $100 Vendor Deposit.

Please take the necessary precautions to keep your areas clean and not cause any damage to the property as we have received numerous complaints from event site.

Please see layout (when made available) for trash dumpster location and grey water tanks provided.

The event grounds is not your trash dumping area.

All vendors are required to dispose of and take your own trash to trash dumpsters.

Food Booth Cleaning Fee required for a all Food Booths

$100 Food Booth Cleaning Fee is NOT refundable.

I understand the following:

  • Food vendors are limited to a 20% markup on all food items. We have received too many complaints about food vendors marking up their prices too high which in turn adversely affects our patron’s experience.
  • ALL Food Trucks (local and out-of-state) must be in compliance with City Fire Codes. Contact Fire directly for the jurisdiction of event location.
  • I understand that Great American Foodie Fest reserves the right as final authority in all decisions related to the Great American Foodie Fest. Details are subject to change upon the discretion of Great American Foodie Fest.


NOTE: Any mandate changes imposed by local, state and/or federal government, including SNHD (Health Department) and Fire Department, which effect the occupancy of this event will cause this event to be cancelled/postponed. All payments received will be credited to the next scheduled event. If you should not comply, you will no longer be invited to any Great American Foodie Fest events.


IF you should not comply you will no longer be invited to any Grace City Events nor Great American Foodie Fest events.


PLEASE TYPE YOUR INITIALS to confirm

1. I understand that this form is only an application, and that my participation is subject to acceptance by the Great American Foodie Fest (GAFF). Only receipt of payment, and acknowledgment of the GAFP Vendor Agreement will confirm participation


2. I understand that I may cancel my application/participation and will not receive a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS NO REFUND


3. VENDOR DEPOSITS: subject to immediate cashing and will be returned upon satisfactory completion of Vendor Checkout within 30 days after event completion (upon request). Some examples of reasons you will not receive refund of Vendor Deposit:

  • A. Excessive trash left in your area
  • B. Oil or any stains left on the lot
  • C. Leaving event before it ends and not completing your participation. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • a. ADDITIONAL $100 for any Business or Association Booth
  • b. ADDITIONAL 50% of sales for any Food Truck or Food Booth
  • D. Taking chairs, tables, lights, sidewalls or any items not belonging to you or your co.
  • E. Causing any damage to equipment or event site (may incur additional cost depending on damage caused)


4. REQUIRED: I understand that I am responsible for obtaining the following:

  • A. Proof of liability coverage (required by GAFF & venue)

  • C. Fire permits required from ALL food trucks
  • D. Any other necessary documentation to participate in the event as communicated by GAFF.
  • E. Must post “Sales Tax Included in Price” in the vendor booth/space, where applicable.


5. I understand I will complete a NV Department of Taxation Sales Tax Form and once completed, submit directly to GAFF Logistics Team at the end of Sunday evening or NV Department of Taxation. (KEEP IN MIND - List of vendors is submitted to NV Department of Taxation)


6. POWER - Food Trucks/Booths will be supplied with up to 50 amps of power through open hours of the event weekend (at least 4 hours prior). Business Booths will be provided with up to 20 amps of power one hour before and through open hours of the event. Additional power requirements need to be specified. Additional fees will apply


7. EXCLUSIVITY: Food vendors may NOT sell the following items unless approved by Great American Foodie Fest:

  • Lemonade (or any lemonade mixes/blends)
  • Twisted potato
  • Funnel cake
  • Pineapples Dole Whip
  • Chicken in Waffle Cone
  • Shrimps on a Stick

8. LIGHTING will NOT be included (Must bring your own or rent from us by completing the application (Additional costs will be applied to any items rented on the day of the event, if available)


9. Vendor spaces will be determined by GAFF's discretion based on best practices to maximize the profitability of each vendor. GAFF spends a lot of time and effort to ensure that there is an even flow throughout the event to prevent slow traffic flow throughout the event and to maximize the profitability of each vendor.


10. Food vendors are limited to a 20% markup on all food items. We have received too many complaints about food vendors marking up their prices too high which in turn adversely affects the patron’s experience.
