Boise State University, in partnership with Coca-Cola, offers a finite amount of beverage product donations per year for student and employee special events. Student organizations and departments may make requests for donations to enhance their special events. Submit this form no less than 30 days before the event date for consideration. All requests shall be considered, but are not guaranteed. Due to the number of requests placed on Coca-Cola for product donation, all donation requests are reviewed through the Boise State contract administrator for agreement with the Beverage Services contract with consultation from Coca-Cola representatives. You will be notified within 5-7 business days if your request for donation will be granted.
