Meeting Requests & Teacher Input Forms

Imagine Learning requests at least 7 days notice for all meetings for scheduling/documentation purposes. Teacher(s) of record are not required to attend as we are a third-party provider. Teachers will complete and upload the Imagine Learning Teacher Input for in the ILVP for your review (in the student's external files).


Please review these important details before placing a request for teacher input or meeting attendance:

  • All requests must be made at least one week before the course(s) end date(s). If the course(s) for which you are seeking input began less than two weeks ago, please return to request teacher input after the student has completed 20% or more of the course. Requests for meeting attendance for active enrollments may be made at any time.
  • Basic metrics may be viewed in the student's main profile page in the ILVP at any time. This includes course start and end dates, grades, the number of assignments completed, the percentage of the course completed, pacing and the date of last activity by the student.
  • If you do not have access to the ILVP or need a user role with increased access, please reach out to your district's program administrator.
