Rachel Willis-Henry Volunteer of the Year Award Nomination Form

The Rachel Willis-Henry Volunteer of the Year Award recognizes an individual who has made significant contributions to CCSA's mission to support and advocate for high-quality non-profit charter schools in California. In honor of our CCSA staff member, Rachel Willis-Henry, who passed in late 2019, CCSA has renamed the Volunteer of the Year award as the “Rachel Willis-Henry Volunteer of the Year" award. A charter school volunteer can be nominated using this form. Please check the Conference website (www.CharterConference.org) for submission deadlines. Award winners will be privately notified initially and will later be featured on the CCSA website and social media.
