Transland CP GROUND Dealers Return Material Authorization

Part or product returns for any reason must be initiated by an authorized dealer and accompanied by an RMA number. Aerial Dealers should complete the alternate form. Dealers for CP Ground equipment should use this form and you will receive an email confirmation when the form is completed and received.

Description of Issue

 

All Non-Warranty Rework will incur a $150 minimum evaluation fee. New parts returned for credit may incur a 25% re-stocking fee.

 

Give as much detail as possible. "Not Working" is not a sufficient answer.
