James West Alumni Center: RESERVATION REQUEST

Please fill out the following request form to reserve an event space in the James West Alumni Center. If you have any questions, please contact us at: reservations@alumni.ucla.edu. We will notify you once your event has been scheduled.

Reservation Time

The Alumni Center offers rentals in four (4) and eight (8) hour time blocks. Each rental time block is inclusive of the set-up and clean up time that is needed by the event organizer.

 
 
 
 
 

 

ROOM SELECTION & SET-UP

You can find our room rental fees and capacities listed here.

 
 

You can request multiple arrangements needed for your event.

 
 

For example: Rounds in half the room with cocktails in the other half.

 
 

Please note that we only provide AV support to our in-house equipment. We do not provide technical support to any additional equipment brought in by clients. Please let us know if you need a tech check appointment to prepare for your event.

 
 
 
 

I.e. Catering equipment, band equipment.

 

Please note that you will need to reserve a bartender through ASUCLA Catering, UCLA Catering or a certified bartending service.

 

Use of our kitchen includes fridge access and a place catering can prepare plates to be served.

Inability to follow all set and adjusted policies & procedures according to James West Alumni Center (JWAC) Management Team may result in additional fees and even cancellation of reservations. Please review our policies before proceeding.
