Agent Scheduling for Client

Orientations:

Orientations are intended for cases that are already built in Gathr. If the account is a prospective Gathr client needing a general overview or demo please submit that request via Enrollment Tech Hub.


IMPORTANT NOTE: For clients who have CBS and Colonial products and will be paying their invoice via Gathr Common Billing those clients will receive a proactive outreach from our Gathr Experience Team prior to their first invoice generating. The following submission should be used for clients who are not paying via Gathr Common Billing.

Service requests are intended for questions pertaining to existing clients utilizing Gathr. If your questions pertain to functionality, pricing, availability, or demos please submit those via Enrollment Tech Hub or email GathrInfo@coloniallife.com.

Gathr Client Orientation

If you do not intend to attend one of the webinars listed above and would like to schedule an orientation please follow the steps below.


Step 1: Please indicate below any additional topics related to Gathr functionality you would like to cover during the meeting.


(Example: I need help creating a hiring process or I have questions about reporting in Gathr)


Step 2: Click Submit and you will be presented with a link to schedule a time that works best for you.

Account Access

For the security of your account, please provide your Colonial Life BCN (Billing Control Number). This should be listed on your last Colonial Life bill. If you do not have access to this information, our team will reach out to your Colonial Life agent and we'll be in touch once permissions are provided.


Our team will send all the information you need to login and explore to the email already provided.

Listed on your bill as the E Number.

Solution Design Calls and Document Uploads

A design call isn't necessary and you can upload any documents you'd like built and add any notes that will help us complete the build. If no call is scheduled we will build out the documents and reach out once they are ready for you to review.


If you would like to schedule a call to review what you'd like to customize within Gathr you can utilize the link on the confirmation page after hitting submit to choose a time that works best for you.


We recommend adding any documents you'd like built ahead of the call which will allow us to prep the documents prior to connecting with you.
