About the Program

The AIHA Mentoring Institute connects professionals at all career stages to foster personal and professional growth. Please ensure you are an AIHA National Member before submitting your application.

Our mentoring sessions begin in January and July each year, with enrollment closing after the first month. If you sign up after the enrollment period, you will be placed in the next session to ensure all participants are thoughtfully matched with mentors or mentees.
