2026 Ignite by 4-H Design Team Application

Thank you for your interest in being a member of the Ignite by 4-H Design Team!

Ignite by 4-H, our inclusive annual summit, returns March 25-29, 2026 to Washington, D.C. Featuring four days of inspiring speakers, hands-on workshops, off-site experiences and networking, the summit will provide high-school aged youth from across the country the opportunity to find their spark. Teens will be able to explore different career pathways and learn skills to lead for a lifetime.

National 4-H Council is covering registration fees for all applicants who are selected for the Ignite by 4-H Design Team. In the event that the selected volunteer(s) are registered to attend the event, but either does not show up to the event or cancels, National 4-H Council may demand partial or full repayment of the registration fee.

Applications to join the Ignite by 4-H Design Team are due by 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.

Chosen Design Team Members will be notified by Wednesday, July 9 and the first virtual planning meeting will take place mid-August.
