Please note your email is where the invitation will be issued to. The invitation will be manually processed by a human (!) via Filecamp, and will then auto-issue directly from Filecamp. You should use your email as your "USER NAME" and then set-up your own password. You should store your password, as it will be required to log-in. It may take a day or two issue as we could, for instance, be away.
