Thank you for speaking at the 2024 Adolescent Medicine Conference.

Please submit one form for each presentation you are giving at the conference.

*Please make sure to provide citations for ALL images, figures, graphs, etc. in your presentation.

We will be using Mentimeter for all conference presentations. Please include 3-4 polls in your slides. In each poll slide, please include the question, answer options, and correct answer if applicable.

After submitting your PowerPoint presentation and polls, please be on the lookout for an email from Courtney Lombard with your Mentimeter link and instructions for adding your polls.
