An Open Letter from Bridge Lacrosse

As we approach the Spring season, we extend a warm welcome to each and every one of you joining the Bridge family. We're thrilled and honored to have you and your family join us. This season promises not just lacrosse but a wealth of experiences aimed at fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Through the season, we aim to instill values that go far beyond the field, nurturing resilience, leadership, and a sense of community. Our dedicated coaches and staff are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where your children can learn, grow, and thrive. Together, let's embrace the spirit of the game, encouraging each player to discover their full potential both on and off the field. We look forward to a season filled with camaraderie, skill-building, and unforgettable memories. Welcome to Bridge!

Commitment Agreement

Before proceeding through the registration, I agree to my child's active participation in being a Bridge Lacrosse student-athlete, I understand the importance of my child’s consistent attendance at practices and games for their development and the success of the team. I commit to ensuring my child attends all scheduled practices and games unless there are unavoidable circumstances, and I will communicate any absences to Bridge staff in advance. I recognize that my child’s participation directly impacts the overall team experience, and I will support them in fulfilling this responsibility. I understand that failure to meet these commitments may affect playing time or team dynamics. By acknowledging this statement, I agree to prioritize my child's consistent involvement throughout the spring season.

Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct

Honor the Game

We are incredibly fortunate to have wonderful parents/guardians and fans. We very, very seldom have any issue with unsportsmanlike behavior off the field. The expectation and standard for all Bridge parents and guardians is one of positive sportsmanship, integrity and behavior that Honors the Game. You are expected to treat all participants with respect and dignity, including the officials (who are human and make mistakes) and our opponents. Refrain from the use of abusive, obscene, or profane language and gestures. We encourage you to know the rules of the game and support the officials on and off the field. Encourage and applaud good effort in both victory and defeat, and enforce the positive points of the game. Act appropriately; do not taunt or disturb other fans; and remember the focus is your student-athletes having fun and gaining a great sports experience as a part of a team. Do not use alcohol or drugs while viewing the game. Any parent or spectator violating this Code of Conduct and Standards of behavior will be banned from attending games for a specified or indefinite period of time.
