POS Supported:
If your POS is currently supported by Deliveroo, please use the Integrations section of Restaurant Hub to connect to your sites.
Alternatively, you can raise a request via our Technical Integrations Portal here.
Our team runs activations from Mondays to Thursdays. Please allow up to 48 hours from your time of submission for the site(s) to be activated.

POS Not Supported:
If you wish to integrate with Deliveroo and your chosen POS is not currently supported, please raise this with your Account Manager. You can check if your POS is supported via the Restaurant Hub.
If you do not have an Account Manager, you can raise a request via our Technical Integrations Portal here.
While we cannot provide an exact timeline for the integration, we will review your request and be in touch as soon as possible.
