Programmatic Accreditation Reporting Form

By August 1 of each academic year, each college reports to Institutional Assessment and Accreditation all programs in their college which will undergo specialized, programmatic accreditation; reaffirmation; and/or reporting during the forthcoming fiscal year.


The initial accreditation document must be submitted to IAA a minimum of six weeks prior to the due date to accrediting body to ensure sufficient time for internal review.


Refer to the Listing of Degree Offerings or Accredited Programs for program details currently on file.

Please also specify the education level for each program (i.e., bachelor, master, graduate certificate, specialist, doctorate; e.g., BBA Management - Bachelor).
