2025 Taco Fest Food Vendor Application

Savory Vendor Non-Refundable Fee: $350
(Savory menu should ONLY be TACOS and additional sides)
Dessert Only Vendor Non-Refundable Fee: $200
(CLOSED - no longer accept any dessert vendors)
Cleaning Deposit: $200
Soft Drinks/Water Fee: $150
Vendor location will be assigned based on the vendor’s sign-up date. The earlier the sign-up, the better the location.
Please sign up no later than Friday, April 4, 2025.
All vendors must be set up and prepared to serve by 11:30 AM the day of and we cannot guarantee placement if you do not arrive on time.
You must provide your own power or pay for power. The event organizer will not provide power.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
**All food vendors are be required to attend a mandatory meeting in person or via zoom in order to participate in Taco Fest. This meeting will go over the do's and don't for the event. If you do not attend this meeting, you will not be allow to participate. **
**You will be notified regarding the status of your application. If your application is accepted, payment will be expected at that time. Payment must be made in advance or you will not be allowed to load in.**
**ALL FOOD TRUCKS/TRAILERS MUST have a Fire Prevention inspection done on them. You will need this before they will issue a City Of Birmingham License. Call Fire Prevention at (205) 250-7540 to set up your inspection.**
**FOOD TRUCKS/TRAILERS MUST BE LICENSED WITH THE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM! They will only issue rare special event licenses to food truck/trailers. Email Emily if you have any questions about this.**
**ALL VENDORS must pay event taxes to the City of Birmingham and Jefferson County at the end of the event even if they pay taxes online monthly.**
