Starting 2025, student positions will pay at an hourly rate of $16.50 per hour. If a different amount was agreed upon during your application process, your supervisor will identify the agreed amount during review of this form, after you've submitted.


Additional Information:


  • New Hire: someone who has never held a Pitzer job


  • Re-Hire: someone who has held a Pitzer job in the past and completed onboarding in Workday.


  • On-Campus: a location on Pitzer campus (includes shared Pomona-Pitzer sites)


  • Off-Campus: a location not within the Pitzer campus, for example OBSA, TCC Library, Uncommon Good, etc. Off-campus employers are not required to complete budget information.


New hire's are required to present legal documentation verifying eligibility to work in the U.S by providing acceptable I-9 Documents.
