Questionnaires will be accepted until May 1, 2025, or until spaces are filled. All participants and their guardians will be asked to attend a virtual meeting leading up to the trip, to discuss planning logistics and answer questions.

Please confirm the following statements are true before applying:

● You are available the entirety of the trip, from June 15,2025 through June 27, 2025

● You have previous experience canoeing/kayaking, hiking, and camping outdoors.

● You are able and willing to be away from home for 13 days, 12 nights; and can go this length of time without your cellphone

● You understand that you will be participating in community living and sharing tents with other Seniors and Ambassadors on the trip, as well as contributing to group activities, preparing meals, chores/kapers, and all facets of the program (pre/post reflections).

● You will honor, uphold, and respect the Girl Scout Law and Promise, including an open, accepting, and inclusive attitude toward all participants and staff on this trip.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is consistent with regular summer camp registration. Please let us know immediately if you have been accepted into the program and are unable to attend, as we will offer your spot to the next person on the waitlist.
