Grievance Submission

All persons in the Greater Kansas City MO-604 Continuum of Care (CoC) have the right to file a complaint or grievance if they feel they have been treated unjustly by the Coordinated Entry System (CES) or by any program or agency within MO-604’s CoC.

Please note, all grievances should be handled internally with the parties involved first. If you have not yet filed an internal grievance, this grievance will be dismissed and you will not receive communication regarding this grievance.
