P&TS is available to help make your event a success. After reviewing your submission, P&TS will determine event needs and may reach out to you for additional coordination. Thank you for partnering with us to provide a positive campus experience.

Please submit the event services request as soon as possible, but no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.

Virtual parking permits are required for all event attendees.

• ParkMobile Reserve access codes are convenient for guests to provide their vehicle information.
• Virtual permits may also be requested through the Online Permit Request System at least 3 business days in advance. Hosting department will provide license plate information at the time of request.
