The Chair of the Environmental Committee will submit the proposal to the Council for review during their regular meetings. NOTE: The Environmental Service Fee may only be utilized for environmental sustainability improvements through services related to recycling, energy efficiency, renewable energy, transportation, employment, product purchasing, planning and maintenance, irrigation, etc. and to provide matching funds for grants to obtain environmental improvements according to the Texas Education Code 54.5041.

NOTE: Initiatives are reviewed by the Environmental Committee during the Spring Semester meetings.
