Purpose for processing

We process data to run a Campaign/Award for our Rising Stars, assess nominations, and select our CPHI Rising Stars.

What we need

We need information to assess nominations, contact shortlisted nominees, publicize their work, and select the Rising Stars. If you nominate a champion, you will provide your name, contact details, and information about the nominee, including their name, contact details, and supporting information. You should ensure the nominee is aware you are providing their information as it will be publicized by CPHI if shortlisted or selected.

Why we need it

We need the nominator's personal data to contact them with any queries and the nominee's personal data to contact them if selected.

What we do with it

Nominations will be assessed by the CPHI team. We will contact recognized nominees and their nominators. Information about shortlisted Rising Stars will be published on the CPHI website, including their name, organization, and reason for nomination. Shortlisted candidates will also be invited to join us at CPHI Americas on May 20-22,2025.

How long we keep it

We will keep nomination information for no more than 3 months.
