Per Article 10.A.6. of the Faculty Agreement, your department is seeking your availability and course preference for the upcoming terms.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Complete the entire form Adjunct Availability & Preference Form that was emailed to you or download a copy by clicking on this link: BD: Adjunct Preference Form.
- Please list specific days and times when you are available, do not simply list “Any time”.
- Double check the accuracy of the information.
- Save and upload the attachment this form.
- DO NOT print or email this form.
- Failure to submit this form in a timely manner may result in you not receiving an assignment. Please do not miss the deadline.
NOTE:
Your preferences will be taken into consideration by your department; however, your request does not guarantee that your desired course/time/modality will be available and assigned to you. Please bear in mind that:
- Courses are scheduled according to student needs and current enrollment patterns.
- The chairs/coordinators do their best to accommodate your availability and preferences with the courses that are scheduled.
- Teaching schedules are confirmed once you receive and accept a formal offering from the college.
