Although willing to promote/share program information, VOA does not guarantee RSVPs or participation in industry sponsored programs. Because of this, representatives are encouraged to invite other entities as well. Additionally, representatives are responsible for collecting RSVPs and notifying those individuals in the event of a cancellation.
