Sociology Graduate Student Conference Travel Notification

The Department of Sociology wishes to monitor the number of travel conference requests from its graduate students to assure that funds are available. Please notify us as soon as you hear that you will be giving a talk or presenting at a conference. **No reimbursements will be processed unless this form is completed.** To be eligible for a conference travel grant you must meet the following requirements: -You must be a full time enrolled Northwestern PhD Student, in good academic standing, at the time of the conference. -You must have completed at least 1 quarter of enrollment at the time of the conference. You may not receive more than one conference travel fund per fiscal year - Sept 1 thru Aug. 31. Please provide the information below and submit the form.

Conferences located in the contiguous United States are considered DOMESTIC. Alaska and Hawaii are considered INTERNATIONAL.
