Applicants must upload copies of the Application Cover Page, Certification Regarding Lobbying, Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) Certification, and Application Evidence Form as part of the application on or before 11:59 p.m., CDT on July 9, 2025.

The application cover page, certification forms, and application evidence form will correspond to one of the three competitions:

Competition 1: Emerging and Current High Demand Credentials

Competition 2: Recruitment and Retention of CTE Educators in Postsecondary Education

Competition 3: Prison Education – Preparing for Reentry

The following documents need to be uploaded:

1. State Leadership Application Cover Page

2.    Certification Regarding Lobbying

3.    Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA)

4.    Application Evidence Form

Completion of these document uploads is necessary for your application to be considered complete.

The authorized representative of the applicant should sign these documents, and signatures may be in either hard copy or electronic form.
