Note: Palmer-Donavin offers a one-year service labor warranty on door products deemed to have a manufacturer or fabricator defect. The warranty goes into effect on the date of delivery to the dealer. Damage to the product after delivery to the dealer is excluded.

Has the unit been installed?

The unit has been installed using Therma-Tru installation instructions. Instructions are attached to the side of the unit upon shipment, or available at www.thermatru.com/customer-support . Inspections and/or service visits by Palmer-Donavin that are determined to have been caused by failure to follow installation instructions are subject to a $150 inspection fee.
