At the Georgia Center for Diabetes Translation Research (GCDTR), we understand the importance of data in driving informed decisions and fostering equitable outcomes in diabetes translation research. Our data repository houses a wealth of surveys, health records, and administrative data, providing a comprehensive view of disease burden, costs of care, healthcare utilization, and more. This repository opens doors for groundbreaking studies that can influence practice, program, and policy research in diabetes prevention and management.

Support for Your Research:

GCDTR is excited to offer a grant of $1,500 to assist our members in covering publication costs. This grant opportunity is aimed at supporting researchers who can effectively translate their findings into manuscripts using the resources provided by the GCDTR Data Repository.

To ensure fairness and equal access to this opportunity, we have established a policy of one grant per year per investigator. This limitation is in place to distribute resources equitably among our members and encourage researchers to make the most of this valuable opportunity.

Our goal is to facilitate the dissemination of research within our community and promote collaboration among our members. This initiative aligns with our mission to advance diabetes research and improve public health outcomes. We encourage all eligible members with a recently published manuscript to take advantage of this funding opportunity to help bring their research to broader audiences.
