To subscribe to Landlord Alerts, you will be asked to provide an email where you can be contacted. Your email address is private information under Minnesota Statutes section 13.356. The City will use your email to send you alerts about the property you own. You are not required to provide your email, but if you do not, you will not receive the Landlord Alerts. Your email will be shared with personnel within the SPPD whose assignment involves responding to property complaints and concerns.
