Moderator assignments will be emailed from abstracts@chestnet.org in early August. Please add this email to your contacts to prevent emails you receive from going to spam. Completing this form does not guarantee a moderator assignment.

Moderators receive the faculty registration rate. The difference can be refunded if you registered at full price before receiving a moderator assignment.

Medical students, interns, and residents will not be considered for moderator assignments. We kindly ask you not to apply if you are in any of those individual status types.

Fellows may be considered and will be paired with senior faculty if assigned.
