The Clark County Public Health Food Safety team would like to make information easier to understand for applicants, permit holders, and food workers. You can help by sharing information about yourself and your staff.

We ask that the food establishment owner or representative complete this survey for each food establishment location you own. Over time, with the information you provide, we hope to make plan review processes easier to work through and food safety resources more useful for you and your staff.

12. The Clark County Food Safety Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is a local group of food industry volunteers that provide feedback to the Clark County Food Safety team. The TAC meets four times a year for about two hours each meeting. Learn more here.
