Declaration: 1    I confirm I have read the job description relevant to my selection. 2    I confirm that I will read and agree to abide by the requirement of secrecy that will be provided if I am appointed. 3    I confirm that I do not identify in any way with candidates at the election. I am not active within a political party nor have I recently taken part in any political activity; this includes for independent candidates. 4    I confirm that I will read the ‘Handbook for Polling Station Staff’ that will be provided if I am appointed and will take it to the polling station. 5    I agree to forego my entitlement to a rest break as laid out in the EC Working Time Directive and Regulations (1998).

We therefore ask you to provide one of the following documents: • A full British passport (current or expired), or photo driving license. or • Other documentation that proves you have time-limited immigration status to work in the UK.
