Massanutten Farmers Market Vendor Application 2025

It is our pleasure to welcome you as a vendor for the Massanutten Farmers Market!


The Massanutten Farmers Market will take place on Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm in the south parking lot of our Woodstone building, beginning on May 28 through August 27.


We are eager and excited for this continued expansion into our local community and look forward to making more connections beyond the Resort. For you, this market will be an opportunity to earn more revenue and expand your clientele beyond the Shenandoah Valley, since many of the attendees will be visitors to the area. Additionally, our market will be a central point to the towns surrounding the mountain, bringing the many sides of Rockingham County together. You will not want to miss out!


Please fill out this Vendor Application Form if you are interested in participating for the summer of 2025. Once approved as a vendor for 2025, a link for payment will be sent. Approvals will not be determined prior to April 11, 2025.


The 2025 Vendor Fee is $100 per 12x12 space and payments must be made no later than May 16, 2025.


All vendors, including returning vendors, must submit a description and photographs of the products you have to offer along with your application.


Vendors must provide their own tent with weights, tables, and chairs. Vendors are responsible for the set-up and tear down of their area each week.


We understand that things come up and with summer vacations likely already planned or in the works, so if you are unable to attend any week, please notify us two weeks in advance.
