COVID-19 Case Reporting: Starting January 1, 2023, reporting employee cases of COVID-19 via this inquiry form will only be mandatory for sites where case tracking and/or reporting is required by local government regulations and/or client requirements.
- If you are un-certain if your state or local government requires tracking, do not discontinue tracking cases until your site’s requirements are confirmed. Contact your HR leader for support.
