Owner Forum – Meetings, Motions and Minutes is an overview for lot owners wanting to further understand their strata meeting procedures.


The session will look at options for taking meetings online and how to perform virtual ballots, resolutions, pre-voting on council nominations and motions. Provide attendees with techniques to facilitate a successful meeting and some tips on how to take and write minutes as a succinct, accurate summary of what happened at a meeting.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received prior to 4th April 2023 are fully refundable. Cancellations received after 4th April 2023 are not-refundable. Substitute delegates are welcome. Confirmed registrants who do not attend are liable for 100% of the registration fee. Please email events.wa@strata.community to cancel your registration.
