To request a new or replacement haulage key, please fill out each of the fields in this form.

• Once submitted, your request will be validated by Coillte and Trimble Forestry;
• Once your request is approved, you may proceed to your specified weighbridge to collect your new haulage key.

If the Driver or Truck that this key is to be issued to is not setup and approved by Trimble Forestry, please also proceed to https://www.coillte.ie/haulage/hltproject/resources/ to submit the relevant Setup form(s) and await further contact from Trimble Forestry.

If your company has never hauled within the Coillte system before, please contact Trimble Forestry between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to be talked through the HLT process.
