Mail Service Request
Request-Based Pick-Up Service:
- Except for specific buildings, our USPS Mail and Inter-Office pick-up service will now be by request only.
- If you need items picked up for same-day processing, please submit your request by 12 PM (noon) on the day you need it picked up.
- Requests received after noon will be scheduled for the following day.
- In cases where items need to be processed on the same day but are submitted after the 12 PM cut-off time, it becomes the department's responsibility to deliver the items to Mail Services by 3 PM for processing.
Daily Delivery Updates:
- Mail will be delivered to all addressees daily as usual.
- The main change is for Pickup Service: if we haven't received a mail pickup request or any incoming mail for your department, our mail clerk won't visit your office/pickup location daily.
